Selling Your House?
Are you getting ready to sell your house in Texas? Make no mistake, this is still a tough time to sell and if you do not "have to", we advise that you prepare the house and continue to keep it in shape so when you do need to sell, or the market does make it's eventual turn, you are ready. This may not sound like normal real estate agent advice, but we are dedicated to making sure that our clients are fully aware of the current market conditions.
If you are in a position to sell, then be prepared for the process to take more time and to have fewer showings as the buyers are still not coming back in large numbers yet. And make sure the house is in great shape as there are a lot of listings to choose from.
