After over 27 years of Military Service, and numerous moves with the Air Force, we have learned how to move and want to help you find your dream home. Tim retired as a Chief Master Sergeant and has spent a career working with people. OK, as a special operations Combat Controller, he spent a lot of time jumping out of airplanes and other fun things, but he still had to lead his team.
We believe in continuing professional education and actively participate in professional organizations. Tim is a licensed Broker in Texas. We have both completed the distinguished GRI designation, as Graduates of the Realtor® Institute. Recently we added the Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR designation as well. We have also completed Professional Property Management training, Tim continues with the Realtor® Land Board and it's training programs. We completed and earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation as well. We are also active members of The Women's Council of Realtors®, Hill Country Chapter. Nancy is a proud graduate of Michigan State University and Tim earned his B.S. from Wayland Baptist University, here in San Antonio.
Locally, we enjoy active membership in both the Randolph Metrocom and Schertz Chambers of Commerce. Nancy is on the Schertz Relocation Committee and Tim has been the 2008 Chairman of the San Antonio Board of Realtors MLS Committee, and is on the TAR MLS Committee for 2010/2011. These are gratifying, and sometimes challenging positions that allow us to give back our time to the community while still remaining relevant for our clients.
Tim was also named to the Schertz Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors. He serves as a local business expert and advises the City on how to work our tax income to attract, retain, and expand local business. Tim can certainly keep you up to date on local goings on!
Our charities include the Fisher House, the American Red Cross, and the Special Operations Warrior Foundation that provides education and family care to those special operators from all armed services that give the ultimate sacrifice while defending our great nation.
