What can I say? You've got to be the world's best realtor!
First, you did an outstanding job helping us when our house was being built (and we lived 12 hours away). I know David Weekly did a great job, but the regular updates and pictures you took as the house was going up really helped us feel good about buying the house. Then, after we moved in, you came over with a pickup truck full of fill dirt to help us top dress the lawn. Finally, you worked really hard to sell our house when the military unexpectedly moved us on after only 18 months. You even worked around my wife's cancer treatments when you scheduled house showings--your ability to communicate with potential buyers without disclosing such a sensitive subject says volumes about your professionalism. After we had moved out of the house, you helped resolve all the buyer's concerns and arranged for the minor maintenance required to close the deal.
If there's a better realtor out there, I've never heard of him. I want you to know that Annette and I are extremely grateful for the hard work you did on our behalf. You were always upbeat about the house buying and selling business and it kept our spirits up throughout the process.
